payments for any shares can made in full or in Installments with as little as 30% down.

SUMMER SHARE

JUNE 18th-OCTOBER 8TH

Large shares come packed with 8-10 varieties of veggies, herbs and greens. and will have a weekly special of 1lb of strawberries. Large shares are great for households of 2 or more that are dedicated to cooking and occasionally like to preserve food.

Small shares aka “the it’s just me share” will receive 7-9 items and sometimes strawberries. Small shares are great for 1-2 person households that cook occasionally or larger groups that rely less on in home cooking.

Fall gets heavy and hardy! With lots of roots, winter squash, cold hardy greens, the last fruits of summer and delectable heritage varieties of apples these boxes are meant to keep you full and warm for the coming cold. Many of these crops also store well so you can easily enjoy them into the dark of winter with minimal preservation effort.

Contributing to the Solidarity Share Fund helps us offer sliding scale CSAs to individuals and households in need. If you are in a place where you feel capable of donating, please do. Whether it be $5 or $500 your contributions make healthy, fresh food more accessible.

This year we are once again partnering with our fellow farmers at Cosmic Wheel Creamery to bring you some of the best cheese around! It is a well known fact that cheese and vegetables are meant for each other.

COSMIC WHEEL CREAMERY CHEESE SHARES

Add artisan farmstead cheese to your CSA! The Farmstead Cheese Share from Cosmic Wheel Creamery, located at Turnip Rock Farm in Clear Lake, WI. Cheese is made in small batches from the milk of about 12 rotationally grazed, 100% grass fed cows. Shares will include a selection of raw milk aged cheeses (aged a minimum of 60 days) such as Manchego, Alpine style, Jack, Gouda, and Cosmic Wheel’s original cheeses as well as fresh, pasteurized cheeses such as Feta, Herbed Quark, and Camembert. Approximately 1.5 pounds of cheese per monthly delivery. Each share will contain two or more types of cheese.
